Medium ruby with some garnet. Red fruit dominates the nose. Raspberry jam. High acid. Medium+ tannin. The producer is big on biodynamic winemaking, and makes a point of hiring way more women than the industry average in Italy. Natural wine, made with whole cluster fermentation.
