Château Moulin de La Roquille
Côtes de Francs
Tight but well rounded, hard candy focused dark berry flavors, sort of one note and short though. Pretty neutral aromatics, opened up a little bit after an hour on the second glass. Solid and inoffensive, but nothing to write home about.

Jan 23rd, 2021Light Bordeaux with a tanic finish 👌🏻. Perfect table wine for a nice red meat meal.

Aug 3rd, 2016Pretty light tasting, no a lot of flavour going on. Easy drinking but needs more body. Seems like all the berry flavours on the nose disappear after the first second on the tongue.

Jan 26th, 2016Meh... Not packed with a lot of flavor, thought does seem like this wine spent some time with clack currants and the underside of a large stone in a summer forest. Clean finish, you deal with its memories of over saturated, watery, dare I say it, frozen grocery store berries - the kind where you know they are berries but they're so covered with freezer burn that you can't really tell which berries they were once in their own youth. All that and it leaves such an unimpressive impression that it's altogether forgettable.
