From the label, “Merlot dominates with fruit and freshness. Cab Sauv brings structure and concentration.” Let’s just see... agree with previous comments about fantastic nose. Taste is rather bland though. Had hoped for more because of the old vintage. Maybe it needs to breathe, a lot?

A decent wine for everyday drinking. Dark fruit, Licorice and minerality with medium tannins and acidity. Not complex and yet not a one note wine.
