Château Les Tuileries
Cru Bourgeois Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

10 years of aging (oops lost in the cellar) has treated this 2011 surprisingly well it has lost the smoky notes I tasted a couple years ago and in its place is an earthier blackberry red currant which is quite pleasant. Still has a great silky mouth feel. I decanted this for 2 hrs, tasting every so often and I'm not 100% sure when it was drinking it's best.
Drinking 2011 in 2021. 8.9/3.9

Smoky, blackberry, vanilla. Yum. Dark fruits, a proper amount of oak and a silky mouth feel combine to produce a surprisingly solid wine which has withstood time.
