Jan 20th, 20182014v. Unfortunately, this bottle is corked/TCA tainted. It's a shame, particularly from a great winemaker like Michel Gassier. I can still kind of make out the passion fruit and white flower aromas listed on the label. Not a super crisp wine. Perhaps it would be best for a spring or summer apertivo or a very simply prepared fish or shellfish dish. I'm looking forward to trying another (hopefully not corked) bottle. 13.5% ABV.

Feb 27th, 2017Creamy peach, apple, and pear with well balanced acidity. Lovely fruit and clean, steely finish, as always! This wine should be a staple in anyone's cellar who enjoys white wine. (Admission: I prefer red.) Served with linguine and pink shrimp sauce. Very nice.
