Such a delicious and unique drink. I was first had this at La Folie in San Francisco paired with a cheese soufflé for dessert. It blew my mind. The smell of the Armagnac is heavy on the nose but so delicate in the plate with notes of grapefruit. It's very versatile as an aperitif or a dessert pairing.
