This is most cat pee-y wine I’ve ever tasted. Intensely cat urine. I say that as a dedicated cat mon to two fluffy girls for the past five years. Pale straw. Grass, white flowers, rotten citrus. Round & slightly oily. Med + acid.

Green apple, pineapple, lemon zest with a pretty floral note- maybe some Sauvignon Gris?? Medium plus acidity and sooooooo drinkable. Bordeaux Blanc for the win!
