Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

Pretty darn good wine! For a straight-forward Bordeaux from Médoc, this wine is a great value. It took a little shaking and decanting to open up, but it is classic Bordeaux. Tobacco, cedar, dried herbs, slight cassis, wet rocks. The fruit is surprisingly hidden for this riper vintage. Killer for the price!

Solid young medoc, needs air maybe a lot. Will age well.

Enjoyed 3 glasses of this at the Richmond Derm Can-can dinner. Had no idea what it was but it was pretty good.

Loved it at first, with typical Medoc earthiness, but it quickly flattened out. Mild, lingering tannins. Easy drinking! Don't know if that's good or bad!
