I love this wine! This is the 2012; direct import from Calvert Woodley ( Wash., DC). Opened for 90 mins now -- it's smooth, balanced and wonderful. At $14, it's better than some of the $20 2009 Bdx I've had! Glad I bought three of these.

Right Bank. Dark garnet purple in the glass. Cherries, plums, and violets on the nose. Dark cherries and plums on the palate, a tiny bit sour, not bad just a hint. Soft tannins. Not much finish. For the price I'd have it again. Easy to drink, not great, but enjoyable none the less.

Very nice fpr the price, slight smokey flavor and subtle earthy aromas.

2012 vintage. Pleasantly blackcurrant, raspberry, and black cherry, with some vanilla and a hint of pepper. Initial tartness smoothed out after about an hour.
