Starts off with huge fruit and vanilla on the nose. Spicy, messy fruity cola dominates before a sweet, creamy creme brulee finish. About 15 minutes later it's a whole different wine. Acidity hums, dry tannin, and prune and raisin completely takes over. I think all of this flavor profile disorganization seems to indicate this wine wasn't made to be drank at 5 years of age. It's changing too fast and is altogether unruly.
