Brut Rose from the Molinara grape in Valpolicella. Funky! Very big, not subtle. The finish lets you know you're in Amaroneland.

We had this as the first wine of a taster menu at Sixteen in the Trump Tower Chicago. From the Molinara grape grown in the Veneto Region in Italy. It was a great sparkling wine and a refreshing change from Prosecco. Strawberry crush, with a fine mousse.
