A fascinating wine. Very dry, slightly fizzy, and with relentless acid. Sleek and thin, but not watery. The palate is a completely balanced combination of tart limes, lemons, and a lot of salinity. Perfect for seafood and warm weather.

First Txacoli rosé, wouldn’t be surprised if this turned in to the “wine of the summer” kinda thing. Watermelon-ish, with bright acidity and nice salinity on the finish. Cheers.

Very refreshing, love the slight fizzle, definitely alkaline forward, nice tartness. Have to admit, not tasting the fruit but my taste buds are notoriously bad and do feel the tartness overpowers the fruit a little. But hey, I didn’t buy a Capri Sun!. This is the first Txakolina I’ve tried and definitely won’t be the last.
