Ignios Orígenes Baboso Negro

This is a very unique and interesting wine. So hard to truly rate. Funky aromas of wet rocks and forest floor. Cherry, volcanic rock, and earthy notes. Opened for 30 minutes prior to drinking and this evolved immensely. No rush to drink and definitely recommend decanting or just opening for awhile before drinking.
