v12. Outstanding! Decant. Nice candied, soft cedar nose. Deep, rich, blackberry and slight plum fruit. Long, smooth, slightly astringent, bold, dry, leather finish. Very nice wine!

Phillips steak dinner with Hsing ET opened before food. Very attractive floral nose and good balance and velvety palate. Not paired as well as Jordan’s Cab. Needs more aging.

My favourite organic wine so far, excuse me, biodynamic wine more accurately. Classic Bordeaux blend, black fruits with a touch of smokiness, silky tannin, complex and long finish. P.S this is 2006 vintage, an outstanding year for California. 9/10
