Flavors for days. High toned, burnt citrus, dried fruits, saline, nutty, tangy. Aggressive at 19.5%...but the complexity of it slays me every time.

Arguably the best amontillado I've had. The nose is reminiscent of Sauternes, with candied orange, marmalade, and nuttiness. The mouth is bracing - high acidity, tons of saline and olives, with the nuttiness continuing.
