Santofimia Almansa Garnacha Tintorera Merlot

Mad flavor for a $10 house wine. I'd definitely buy it again. Has the indicative earthiness of a Spanish wine, minerals, raspberry and rose petals.

Good value. Worth a look.

Primarily a Southern Spain clone of Grenache with some Merlot blended in. Aromas of ripe black fruit, baking spices, leather and smoked meat. Flavors of blackberries and black plums with additional notes, mint, baking spices and black licorice. Finish is long (but a bit funky) and smooth but dominated by oak. Plush texture and nicely integrated tannins. A bit out of balance. Thanks for opening this one, Chris B!

Гарь, копченое мясо, сырая кора, вишня, ацетон. Вкус легкий, но не элегантно, слегка вяжет, танины шершавые. Чуть попсово, конечно, но пить можно вполне.

Nice smoke

Earthy nose with cloves. Palate is loaded with dark fruits, plum, raisin, dried fig and dried prune.
Very grainy tannins with a soft/medium finish.

Slightly fruity nose. Flavor is very fruity, ripe, almost overripe. Medium body. Tasty. Good tannins and great mouthfeel. Like it.

Soooooooo warm and delicious from the very first sip. Like super smooth velvet.

This wine is sooo good. I made a salmon dinner and went perfect! It was refreshing and tasteful! Full body! Tasty!
