Is there such a thing as candied black olives (followed with a chaser of black licorice)?

Dark, insidious with a long finish. Absolutely no flagrant, goofy fruit. It is brooding, deep, layered. Cigar.

Light ruby in color with medium intensity a brick/orange wide rim.

Light on the nose with sour cherries, strawberries, earth, licorice, minerals, asparagus and peppercorn.

Medium bodied, and extremely smooth, with long legs.

Dry on the palate with cherries, cranberries, strawberries, earth, red currants, light vanilla, oak, and black pepper.

Long finish with round, yet angular tannins.

A bit disappointing at this price point. Too much acidity for the fruits (Unbalanced).
The wine was aged for several years in special oak barrels.

15% alcohol by volume.

Dense and concentrated plum, anise, violets. Pure focused minerality. So good.

Grapes dry after harvest for an amazing 120 days and then go through a 50 days fermentation process and rest 6 years in wood to create this amazing wine. Ripe, deep, witj velvet layered finish.

Cherry cola. I drank this over several hours. In the end is the true flavor. Dry cherry cola. I totally enjoyed because theater are much more complexity. Very fruit forward. Cherry. But finish is sweet dry and smooth. I enjoyed this wine.
