Racy acidity. Lemon. Green apple. Slate. Dry crisp finish. This was my first experience with the almost extinct Piemontese Timorasso grape but definitely not my last! Such a delicious, refreshing and beautiful wine! Please give it a try if you are unfamiliar. Cheers🍷

Ultra-pure aromas and texture, super-dense minerality, the acidity is not as bright as 2016, still very high-definition and focused. Great.
