Creamy and fruity with a vigorous and tight mousse that evaporates quickly. It's not multi dimensional but it works well as a party number for those that want a more MT mousse than most proseccos offer. Nice mouthfeel and retains some of the sweeter tropical fruit notes as the must is kept chilled and is fermented almost to order.
