Mendocino Petite Sirah

Great wine for the price. Plummy and Earthy aroma. Balanced acidity.

Nice balance, lighter weight than I usually like but very drinkable. Nothing special, but quite good.

Surprising how high others have rated this wine. We found it bland. Some nice fruit but little in the way of typical petit syrah robustness. Meh. Not very interesting with little finish. Surprising given how enjoyable albeit big and fruity the zinfandel is.
