Amarone della Valpolicella Corvina Blend

My fellow Swedes love this one so I tried it to see what all the fuss was about. I find its taste of sugar infused ripe cherries tedious.

Good color; little aroma; rather light for an Amarone.

Dark garnet purple in the glass, Big nose of dried cherries and blackstrap molasses. Palate echoes the nose with a bit of tar on the long finish. Full body; medium acidity; medium minus tannins. C'est incredible! Oh wait. That's French.

Supergott kraftigt vin! Smak av choklad, russin.

Smooth and well balanced rich taste with a palette of ed berries.
