Full bodied. Met the vintner, said it aged in all steel barrels, it's a "bolder, fruit-forward, more full than most Sauv Bs usually are, not as sweet." We thought it was sweet but balanced and indeed nice and full. End notes of caramel and vanilla. — 8 years ago
