Wine #4 of our Austrian and Südtirol wine (and skiing) adventure. This wine is a W-O-W knockout! The owner of the wine shop in Westend, Munich really knew his stuff. Nose immediately made my wife say "whoa!" - clear aged riesling nose of candied pear and pineapple, honysuckle flowers and hint of cloves. Golden yellow, dry as dry but with zingy acidity that just explodes in the mouth. I love this wine. — 7 years ago
