Why this wine worked for me. Well it was good! Lol seriously though subtle dark fruits and what I would call humidified maduro cigar on the nose. (there are differences between the naturals and the Maduros.). Anyway, to me very nice. Soft dark cherries some blackberries a bit of chalk and leather will work in harmony on the palate. Nice finish. Tannins and acid both seem to be appropriate. To me I liked this wine. I hope you enjoy it as well. — 4 years ago
