Bright gold in the glass. Not much on the nose but hint of fresh grass cuttings . Absolutely beautiful on the palate with grapefruit and almond paste. Extremely well balanced. Only 25 cases made so run out and find it - all of their wines are outstanding. — 14 days ago
Smooth, heavy. Very cabby. Great with red meat. Too heavy for Jen — 11 days ago
This wine is inky dark in the glass and offers up a brawny nose of blackberry, plum and a smidge of tar. Cola and tea notes also appear. The palate shows dark fruit layered with savory spices and mint. The tannic structure is firm, but not overbearing, and the sip finishes dark and medium long.

Absolutely massive wine!!
Dark purple color. Plums, prunes, alcohol, and baking spices on the nose. Concentrated and fruit forward. Dark fruit and spice on the palate. Insanely long finish.
2 glass minimum for how big this wine is! :) Might last till 2119!! — 25 days ago

This is one big, bold Shiraz. The wine colors up as inky black as night and smells of black fruit, leather and meat. On the palate, it’s a large time as well. Oak is pronounced, but it seems about right considering how brawny this wine drinks. Tannins are somewhat mellow, however, so it goes down easily.

Nose has dark roasted coffee beans, fresh fig and slightly burnt caramel.
Palate has dark chocolate, balsamic vinegar, smoked malts (light) and slight earthy funk on the finish.
Sourness is kept in check on this one, not too much, not too little, this could be good entry beer for those unfamiliar with the style.
