Good everyday table wine. Consistent quality except for one leaky cork. — 3 months ago
Medium to light body. Spicy, cherry, light tannins to start. As it opens, spiciness increases and raspberry emerges. — 9 days ago
Blend of equal amounts of local red grapes; Caino, Espadeiro and Loueiro, Ruby red color with aromas of red fruits, herb, floral and cigar box notes. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with tobacco, oak and garden herbs. Medium+ finish, chalky tannins, savory, ending with herbs, spice, cedar and slight fruit, savory. Nice, will continue to age. — 2 months ago
TJ. Absolutely delicious. Much lighter than expected. Fruit forward, lots of vanilla, a lil jammy, simple, easy to drink. A lil Smokey on the nose, Ben and Mere both really enjoyed! Would and will buy again. — a month ago
This wine has a medium ruby hue (trending deep in color) with robust and layered aromas and flavors that include strawberry sauce (think fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt), raspberry coulis, tart cherry, rose water, tomato leaf, mint, black licorice, anise, vanilla, and pipe tobacco.
On the palate, it’s dry, with medium (+) acidity, a medium body, medium alcohol (13%) and medium fine grained, soft tannins.
It’s a delicious and versatile wine. And fun to taste a California expression of Sangiovese outside of its homeland in Italy! — 3 months ago

Deep purple in color; black cherries, plums, and cigar box on the nose; medium plus acidity; high tannins; tastes like plum sauce, blueberries, and wet slate with a long finish. Nellie didn't like it, but I did. — 17 days ago
