Bern 1.5 years since my last bottle and this has really improved in that relatively short period of time. Confectionary and expansive nose. Pineapple, lime zest, lime flowers, citrus and a bed of thick minerality supporting it all. Beautiful Meyer lemon. Just terrific aromas. Palate is mineral and incisive as ever. Literally no fruit to start with luscious mouthwatering minerality throughout. Chewy and tense. Great mineral grip. Long finish. Very serious and no rush at all. For rock heads only as it ages. Nice fragrance of dark cherry, raspberry, ripe berries and chocolate with a hint of spices.
