Sea Slopes Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2021

Cloudy garnet color promises the vitality and exuberance of unfiltered #pinotnoir. Ripe cherry, red bramble fruit, strawberry. High-toned acidity on the palate, layered red fruit carries through. Irresistible #sonomacoast bottle that disappears quickly. — 6 days ago

8000th wine on here and it’s a doozy! Beautiful raspberry and blueberry fruit, exotic barrel notes, integrated perfectly. White pepper. Stems. Umami. Super exotic. Top notch barrels. Lighter than expected. Best domestic syrah ever? Kinda… thanks for tuning in! 8000 now and more to go. Maybe not Hahahha — a month ago

Sea Smoke

Southing Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir 2019

Red plum for days. And clove, violets, pomegranate and cranberry.

Reminiscent of a riper Morey St Denis.

Black cherry, sage, and sandalwood aromas accompany the cherry, pomegranate, and spice palate. Medium full bodied with excellent balance. In a great spot now. — a month ago

Estate Vineyard Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay

Love. This. Wine.

Day two with a bit of airtime after being sealed with wine2pro overnight

Golden color. Solid oak without being overly sweet. Good acidity to balance oak. Finesse in the finish.

This was 100% CF - no sign of age, inky, w/impressive aromas of cherry cough drop, herbaceous, white pepper, medicinal - old school vibes on nose. Bit unruly on palate, definitely felt the heat and finish had some astringency. Not a huge fan of Paso Robles fruit… Still a decent quaff and scratches itch for varietal CF. — a month ago

These are getting better. The last one I had was a bit wound up but this one was expressing juicy flavors of cherry and ginger with fine bubbles. — 3 months ago
