This is 'Albugnano'
A beautiful ruby Nebbi.
Very floral.
Lots of nice fresh raspberry.
Nice mineral.
Wowzers. Such a nice acid and tannin balance. A surprising fresh floral fruit bowl.
So drinkable even on it's own.
----
After an hour or two it changes its mask.
Gone are the florals and away with the fruits.
Here is the tar overlaying a path of dried herbs. And the tannins oh the tannins where art thou an hour ago? — 7 months ago
