This one is like a fat Five-wood for a short par 4: it’s all lift and straight down the middle… The finishes long with lots of volume from malo + wood. Zero citrus going on here, only warm/toasty nut (almond, hazel) with harth-baked crust bread. One could make the case for baked apricot or less acidic apples. Nevertheless, this was nice with buttery olive oil baked salmon and roasted potatoes :) I will try day 2 with something creamy like potato leek soup from SSU. Nice effort Sebastian! The mouthfeel is a winner. — 3 years ago
