This one is like a fat Five-wood for a short par 4: it’s all lift and straight down the middle… The finishes long with lots of volume from malo + wood. Zero citrus going on here, only warm/toasty nut (almond, hazel) with harth-baked crust bread. One could make the case for baked apricot or less acidic apples. Nevertheless, this was nice with buttery olive oil baked salmon and roasted potatoes :) I will try day 2 with something creamy like potato leek soup from SSU. Nice effort Sebastian! The mouthfeel is a winner. — 4 years ago
Very boozy at first but then opened up so well — 3 years ago

Wow, at 7.5 years old, this Merlot driven weekday offering has turned into a Pinot alternative. Rather food, friendly, the tart cherry core had a lovely mouth feel for being lighter weight. Still feeling fresh, this paired nicely with pork tenderloin after a couple days of air. — a month ago
