"Summer Italian red"
Bright red, some vanilla, light spice. Light tannins.
Had with sausage pasta — 3 months ago
Lightly extracted ruby red. Cherry fruit lather aroma. Light cherry berry flavor. Slight bitter seed finish. Worth a light chill, easy drinking. After a couple of hours, a nectarine-apricot flavor emerges in the finish which is really flavorful, so maybe you want to decant this one. — 2 months ago

Light, spicy Alto Adige red (Schiava) served with pizza at Nodo restaurant in Toronto — 17 days ago
This was a very pleasing bottle, a perfect pairing with Monday night pasta. Bright red fruit flavors and aromas, and rather light in body. Smooth and balanced too! 100% Schiava. 4/21/25. — 2 months ago
Brick rim and super pale transparent salmon color. Some pink and purple floral aromatics on the nose, a little funk but not overpowering or off putting whatsoever.
Great acidity, balanced alcohol, very smooth and light tannin that linger to deliver a peppery finish. Overall complex and delicate on the palate with amarena cherry flavor and some artificial pink candy like hubba bubba or cotton candy saltwater taffy. Really desirable minerality similar to the whites I’ve tried from this region. i don’t think you need to chill this before drinking. Would definitely recommend and I’d buy it again for $20 in that 90-92 range for me. — 7 months ago

High elevation Italian Schiava. Bright garnet/ruby color. Aromas of sour red fruit, freshly turned soil and roasted nuts. Flavors of sour cherry/raspberry, cranberry and pomegranate with additional notes of tobacco and minerals. Slight hint of oak on the medium length finish. Ripping acidity and light on tannins. 12.5% Alcohol. Light bodied but rather intense, juicy and persistent. Very “Pinot Noir-like.” Can handle a chill. — a day ago
