This is a young Rosé from Bandol. Spicy and fruit forward. Elegant with a soft mouthfeel.
Nicely balanced and already showing nice complexity.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.
Good right out of the bottle and good by itself as a sipping wine.
A blend of 70% Mourvedre and 30% Cinsault from 45 year old vines.

Salmon color with copper reflexes. Nose of grapefruit, and Mandarin peel, lemon juice, pink flowers, and petrichor. Faint Aperol on the back. Palate is explosive but not effusive. More grapefruit oil, lemon pith, garrigue, waves of saline minerality and a bright acidity that makes it go on and on. This tasty Rosé from Bandol is still very young, and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly.
Already drinking very nicely, and will continue to get better in the next 10 years. I had the 2023 vintage recently, and it is already drinking better now.
Rich and well structured. Nicely balanced and easy drinking.
