Beautiful, aromatic Barbera from Rocche di Castiglione Falleto. Jammy, concentrated, blue fruit with great acidity despite being a hot year. Sandy, calcareous soil. French oak. 3 months in new oak. Paired excellent with braised lamb shanks, rice and roasted broccoli. — 5 years ago
