Completely awesome; one of the best wines we’ve had in the last year or two. Hits the funky carignan flavors that made us fall in love with natural wine in the first place—but the chardonnay blending takes it to a different, lighter and surprising territory. Drank at the bar at Ops, and then a bottle at the dinnertable, with Ari, Evan and Diana (who had just arrived via Revel scooter, “Love Island” Britishisms in tow).
