Wow… initially served too cold… wonderful. But as it warmed it took flight! Steely crisp and clean. Tart pear and juicy ripe golden delicious apple. Amazing power and depth. Worked with winter citrus shrimp salad and the best artichoke stuffed chicken Milanese I’ve ever had. Would be a worthy candidate for house white if they made enough. Sometimes Saturdays are made for kick-ass food and serious day drinking! — 3 years ago
