W&S Top 100. Now, this one is debatable. Bring it in here. I dig that a current release is almost 20 years old. But man I want to know what this tasted like 5 years ago, 10 years ago! The great aspect of owning a cellar and releasing at the will of ownership, you could “traunch-it”. Right? The leather and soft integration here seemed a bit too far. Certainly not gone. But 5-10 years prior, that is the decade I would have loved to try this. — 5 days ago

Could not be more happy to pick out this gem at a great restaurant in Macau, probably one of the most under-the-radar (certainly not underrated as this tiny peninsula boasts 3 Michelin 3-star restaurant) food destination.

Tinto Douro Red Blend 2008

I highly encourage all fans of cabs to taste these amazing Portuguese wines. Big lush elegant dark fruit, cedar, tobacco, dried herbs, and black tea. The tannins are still a.bit chewy so definitely still decant and no rush to drink if you have any. These wines last decades. Love them! — 18 days ago

Flor de Castro Douro White Blend 2014

Pale Lemon in colour with a slight brassy edge. Citrus aromas with a little smelly reductive note. On the palate succulent pear notes mellow and creamy with M- acid. Fresh and very gluggable. Made from 3 native white Portuguese varieties I’ve never heard of. You would need to be an MW or an MS and you might be aware of these. — 23 days ago
