Color of light clear purple, slightly ruby. Nose is refined and round with dried strawberry, fermented plum, oak, spice, and more oak and more dates and/or fermented plum. Taste follows the nose, with addition of coke cola, cherry jam, refined acidity, edge is gone and very harmonized. Aftertaste is medium long with lingering flavors. Nice one. — 3 days ago
Hmmm, this is the first time that I have been disappointed with a Paul Hobbs wine. I certainly had high expectations but clearly something went wrong with this bottle (hopefully it is a one off but I am skeptical). I have had this 6 pack owc in my cellar since it’s release. Well the wine had absolutely no depth or finish that I expect from it’s pedigree. I will wait a couple weeks and crack another.🤞 🤞 🤞 — 8 days ago
Figured this would be a nice aperitif before Thanksgiving dinner and boy was I right. This was downright gluggable. White peach and lemon curd with a bit of brioche and a nice vein of minerals giving this all the life and lift a Champagne nerd can appreciate. I really dig this. — 7 days ago

Plush black cherry and blackberry fruit, with vanilla bean, cedar, graphite and cinnamon. Beautiful Pinot Noir with fine balance. — 10 days ago
Light golden hue. Nose offers white flowers, blanched almonds, tart apricot, elderflower, freshly baked baguette. Honeysuckle and fresh apple on the palate. Nicely balanced. Dry. Rich and creamy. Happy Thanksgiving to my Delectable friends!

2014 Vintage. 13% Alcohol. Lemon slate acid. Great #garagiste — 8 days ago
It is light but potent enough to gather interest at approximately the rate of—wait I’d have to check my stocks to make a good analogy—but it has a slender body, gracefully bruised apples (bruise but make it art!) lemons and something of a hint at salinity that makes a friendly sip alone or with a munch. — 21 days ago

White peach, lemon rind, orange blossom on the nose. Steely minerality, tangerine, lime zest finishing with notes of golden apple on the palate. Medium bodied white with a touch of oily viscosity that lingers nicely. Lovely white for drinking alone or with a fish dish, salad, or brothy soup. — 8 days ago
