Tasting great right now. Needs about an hour of air and even better at 2-3hours. Cherries, minerals, game almost blood sausage like, pepper, hint of baking spice. It’s light despite these flavors. Initially it had a manure funk that has completely drifted away. A lot of tart cherry and berry smashed onto a stone plate. It’s really unique. Hope I have more of this one somewhere in the cellar. — 7 months ago
Sometimes everything goes wrong on a Friday. And then, you think you fix it, and it goes wrong again. And then it goes wrong one more time because why the fuck not. But then, you get off work, and you come home, and you open a bottle of wine like this, and you realize, work sucks and wine is awesome. — 10 days ago
This wine is just getting good. A lot of baking spice, apple, dried herbs, cranberry, kind of like Thanksgiving sans turkey and potatoes. Really opens after 90 minutes of air. Outstanding — 3 months ago
Rich really liked. Peppery, little tangy but smooth. Air it. That really makes it nice — 8 months ago

Grapefruit upfront, and on the mid pallet finishes with a slight hint of minerals. Very impressive for the his being a 23 vintage. — 15 days ago
