Funky Sour Patch Watermelon β 3 years ago
The wine I have opened is the 2021 Goose Island South Island Sauvignon Blanc. From Upper Moutre, New Zealand.
On the nose there is lime, grapefruit, tangerine, gooseberry, honeydew melon, grass, herbal notes and minerality.
On the palate is grapefruit, white peach, lime, jalapeno, herbaceousness and flintiness.
This wine is light to medium bodied with a fresh clean mouthfeel medium + acidity that leaves you with a long citrus mineral finish. We now have 3 1/2 days until Christmas and everyone has all their shopping done. Please stay safe and healthy on these days before Christmas. Nostrovia! π₯π₯π₯π₯ β 3 years ago
Wow not you normal Pinotβ¦ heavy thick balanced β a month ago
Not the best showing for this wine. The 14.4% was really dominant tonight β 8 months ago
I hate to say it, but this stuff really is a higher class of vodka. No off, medicinal notes. No cloying artificial sweetness. It just tastes like the cleanest, purest spring water was made magically alcoholic. β 3 years ago
Well balanced - little more floral β 2 months ago
Medium bodied, more old school- cherry, blackberry and spice. Yes there is some oak, maybe a bit more than Iβd like, but itβs not overpowering. Though I do think it detracts from the finish. Anyway, well done and enjoyable. β 3 months ago
Semidry. Really enjoyed. β 3 years ago
BlackBerry and bitter cherry, very well balanced. Great with steak and smoked Gouda.

Delicious super rich and creamy loaded with dark chocolate, toffee, coffee, and some raisin. Big fan of these after today wanting to try their unique releases now. β 6 days ago
