Vintage 2016 | Absolutely beautiful, st Julien frivolity, very intens and perfumed | paired with Boeuf Bourguignon | I did not recognize / determine this as Rioja, was obsessed with left bank Bordeaux in my head. Wine of the Night. For me unknown, but o man so good. — 2 months ago
Pale salmon in color; orange zest, strawberries, and dried herbs on the nose; high acidity; low tannins; tastes like grapefruit, saline, and lemon peel with a long finish. Nellie and I like it a lot. I'm hoping it pairs well with tamales. — 24 days ago

Big Tempranillo! — 22 days ago
Blend of 83% Tempranillo, 9% Graciano, 6% Mazuelo (Cariñena) and 2% Garnacha, grapes and various plots fermented separately, aged for 20 months in American oak, then blended. Deep Ruby color with aromas of ripe black fruits and floral spice notes. On the palate flavors of cherry, blackberry and plum with notes of leather, vanilla and oaky notes. Fine tannins, long finish, lively acidity ending with fruit, sweet oak and spice. Nice! — a month ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Bright lemon color with stone and tropical fruit aromas and floral scents. On the palate flavors of pear, apples and peaches with lemon citrus and chalky notes. Well balanced with pleasant lively acidity, long finish ending with mineral, citrus and wet stone nuances. Very nice! — a month ago
