2019 vintage. The durty/lean side of Côte-Rôtie. Medium-bodied. Less fruit, more earth/dust. Tasted it 5 hours later after just sticking the cork back in at 3:15pm. Overt tannins had slightly backed off but extra/evolved fruit components hadn't rushed in to fill in the vacuum. Definite food wine. 10.8.25. — 9 days ago

Drinking very nicely and a surprisingly good value on the list at Polo Bar. The age has been very good to this, it’s still quite primary but the tannins are pretty seamless and the fruit and earth express nicely. Just enough acid on the finish to keep it together - could have used more but this is 2015 Bordeaux after all. Nice wine. — a month ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a couple of hours. The 2021 pours a deep purple color with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe dark fruits: blackberries, dark cherry, plums, purple flowers, cocoa, organic earth and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. A crowd pleaser to drink now but with enough substance to enjoy through 2036. — 4 months ago

Deep opaque core, thin ruby rim. Deep slightly spicy creme de cassis , blackberry , charcoal embers , grafite . On the palate this is quite intense but has good freshness , and ripe but firm , quite dry tannins . Creme de cassis , blackberry , grafite , crushed rocks , quite saline and fresh in style , oyster shell and sea breeze hints . Well balanced alcohol and good length grafite , saline tinged finish . This is actually quite enjoyable , though obviously way too young , fresh and detailed with cool fresh dark fruit and grafite nuance. Better in 10 years and will last well a further 10-15 maybe more . Really enjoyed the style and balance of this . — 5 days ago
