Serralunga Barolo Nebbiolo 2016

Decanted three hours and it was tremendous. Raspberry, pomegranate gentle tanins, nice minerality. — 21 days ago

Barolo Nebbiolo 1989

By far the best bottle I’ve had from this producer, including earlier bottles from the 89 vintage. Whatever it was, this bottle just had it all together. Depth, structure, classic Nebbiolo profile with the balance of 89. Great. — a month ago

Vino Barolo Nebbiolo 2016

Initially tight/closed after 1 hour decant. Started to open up on hour 2. Very enjoyable. Likely better in 1-2+ years. — 23 days ago

San Luigi Dolcetto di Dogliani 2018

Campolieti Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore Corvina Blend 2017

Nice Italian wine. Red fruits (strawberries, sour cherries), vanilla / chocolate aging notes. Floral aromas even subtle but which should develop with a few years in the cellar. The acidity is still lively and the tannins just rounded. Should be better in two years.

Jolie vin italien.
