Cera Unq Volta... Frizzante la Bonarda

For a long time Bonarda has been thought as a mediocre bubbly wine, mainly due to few misconceptions and some not so good business practices. This one is different and helps reviving the idea if Bonarda as a festive, flavourful, genuinely good wine.
This one product attracted attention and praises at Vinitaly in 2014, and we want to believe that is a sign of a revival fir some almost forgotten wines.

It has a dark purple color, and the foam is initially rich and lively. Perfumes come up intensely with ripe fruit and rose. Its light body makes it perfect for a happy happy hour, or a pizza!
