I love this so much. The tart, refreshing riesling of my dreams. Lots of green apple, and evolving with every sip. — 5 years ago
Look, isosceles is a good wine. The structure is phenomenal, from the tannins to the acid to flavor profile. But a friend uttered a single word that sort of sums up this wine: engineered. It feels like a wine specifically built to check off every box on a wine survey. Does this make it wrong? Of course not. But it still feels like it’s lacking in soul. — 7 years ago
I am on board here. Looking forward to introducing some VA juice to my Cali friends. Expressive. Loire in style. — 4 years ago
I love love this Rose. It has a darkness to its sunny side. Perfection! Got this from Stanley’s Wet Goods. — 5 years ago
Earthy and red fruit jumping out of the glass, soft and delicious on the palate. Mild on both the tannins and acidity, with perhaps the slightest touch of sweetness. Two lovely Virginia grapes vying for your attention, with the white Petit Manseng holding its own against the peppery red Shenendoah Valley Cabernet Franc. The result is grilled pineapple on pizza, a sweet and savory delight that does not ask much other than to be enjoyed. — a year ago
A big body for a Riesling. Tastes similar to a Santa Barbara Chardonnay. Concentrated ripe fruit with a long finish. — 4 years ago
