One of the best cheap wines ever at 13.99. Sort of drinks like a cross between Bojo and Nero d’Avola, oddly enough. Bright raspberry, strawberry, and blueberry aromas and flavors with high acid and more tannins that you expect to encounter judging by the nose. Simple in the best way but structured and nearly serious in its own way. — 2 months ago
Excellent, fruity and light. Like a good Beaujolais. — 4 months ago
A red wine with a lot of power and potential, aged in large wooden barrels. Unique fruit, elegant tannin structure. Strongly recommended. — 2 months ago

Light , tart on the nose, so well balanced, smooth cranberry twist on the tongue. Perfect here in Hannersville! — 2 months ago
nice deep color, dark fruits not especially fruity or complex but with some nice earthy textures and spice. medium bitter tannins finish it off. one of the better lembergers i’ve had. — 4 months ago
Balanced smell with a sweet aroma, not full or deep but not lacking any size, has a slight punch but the sting doesn’t last, only the brightness of it. Very easy to drink and very tasty. — 2 months ago
67/14/13/5/1 blend of Dolcetto, Montepulciano, Aglianico, Graciano and Lemberger. Garnet red, light to moderately extracted pigment. Rounded, soft mouthfeel. The Dolcetto dominates to my palate, but a bit of research suggests a hint of licorice flavor and maybe black cherry from the Dolcetto, plum from the Montepulciano and Aglianico, a hint of cocoa or chocolate from the Aglianico. Decent, good acidity, some tannins on finish, good value. Better than many comparable Italian imports. Love that screw cap too! 1055 cases made. No AVA or vineyard designation on label, just “American”. Winery tasting notes also mention orange peel notes and “dusty tannins”; barrel smoke emerges after a couple of hours. — 3 months ago
