First of three bottles from Chambers, 10/24/25. Bright purple. Bubble gum and blackberry nose, with wafting of evergreen (not pine nor juniper; more spruce or hemlock). Light ravishing tannin. A bit green — needs to open up? — 3 months ago

Opened day before and let sit overnight with cork in. Lovely, picked some lemons from our tree for dinner and this has so many of the components from smell of zesting to juicing. But it’s not all lemons, there’s some almond, touch of tart stone fruit with some bread, lingering finish of vanilla, almonds, lemons. Probably could have been open another day to be even better. — 16 days ago
