I thought I wasn’t a Beaujolais fan but wine reconciled me with one of the most controversial wines for French natives. Held consistently through several meals and even (hair rising on your arms - you purists!) a sojourn in the fridge. This is a very honorable wine for a light meal and can go well with meats and salads alike. — 6 years ago
