Abélard Grenache Syrah 2007

WA Review 95 points ( dense and structured, yet still vibrant and very pure, the 2007 Abelard is 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. Loaded with deep blackberry and black cherry fruit, licorice, crushed stone and hints of roasted herbs, it is full rich and concentrated, with knockout precision and focus. It is serious stuff and still a baby. Drink it over the coming decade)
96 points for me since it’s aged very well.

Château La Lagune

Haut-Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend 2015

After my rating of the wine two nights ago with the thought that it would pair well with Coq Au Vin, I couldn’t help myself and decided to cook some up. Pairing works very nicely together. — a year ago

@Ron R We moved from Lexington, KY to the north side of Orlando, FL not to long ago. We decided to rent a house before buying to make sure we find the right spot for the long-term before we buy. What part of the country do you live?

Aliot Roussanne Blend 2016

Terrific value Southern Rhone. Bursting with aromas of white flowers and honey backed by a racy combination of lime juice, cardamom, ginger, and minerals. Beautiful lingering finish that echoes the honeyed citrus and spice aromas. — 3 months ago

Cordon Bleu Brut Champagne Blend

A classic, polished Champagne that delivers both charm and depth. Bright notes of green apple, lemon zest, honey, and brioche unfold with every sip. Fine bubbles and vibrant acidity keep it fresh and elegant throughout.

There’s a lovely balance of orchard fruit, floral hints, and that signature toasty croissant finish from bottle aging. Versatile and food-friendly, great with seafood, seared white meats, or simply on its own as a celebratory aperitif. 🎉🍏🥂

Nicely balanced Bordeaux with a hint of cinnamon and subtle plum notes. Dry as you would expect from a Bordeaux, but a surprisingly smooth finish. — 7 months ago
