Straw yellow colour. The nose is complex, elegant penetrating and fresh. Notes of grapefruit and fresh citrus, vanilla and crust of bread. Soft taste, creamy, dry. Perlage fine and persistent bubbles.
Excellent match with the sea bass in potato crust, risotto with scallops, shellfish, lobster, lobster spaghetti. — 5 years ago

Small-to-medium sized bunch is cylindrical, compact, rarely winged, it takes to medium/large berries, with a thick bloom’s covered skin. Alabaster colour with characteristic marks.
The hue is straw-yellow with golden highlights. Dry and refreshing with gentle typical citrus fruit nose. It could suggests sun dried hay scent at the early stage; ageing it develops gracious acacia-flowers overtone. — 5 years ago
