Really a wonderful old Riesling. Last had 2 years ago and I think this is our last bottle. The color in the glass is amazing. The palate matches - so deep and rich but still with balance. Was probably overall better 2 years ago as more of the acid was still there but this is still excellent. — 3 months ago
Stretford canteen. Slight sparkle, complex. — 8 months ago
Closed and disjointed at opening but came together nicely after a 4 hr decant. Well balanced density and acidity - notable lift. Secondaries showing nicely, tertiaries developing well, perfectly integrated tannin. This is a great time to drink. Aging further may benefit tertiary flavor development and there’s certainly sufficient acid to carry it through, but may have notable textural decline. Of the four wines tasted (Scarecrow 12, Promontory 14, Continuum 13) it was second favorite and most closely aligned stylistically with Scarecrow. — 2 months ago
Med+ aroma and flavor intensity, pear, peach & beeswax, med/high acidity, shows its age well; finesse comes to mind, this is a dry Riesling w/drink now quality, but is still evolving. Very good. — 3 months ago

Refreshing, citrusy and minerals. Lemony nose. A nice, not too serious wine to enjoy. — 2 months ago

Caramel, nougat, dried apricot. Rich orange amber color. Tasted side by side with the 2018 and fascinating to see the development of flavor and color. Seems like time is the major ingredient for success here. Tasted with dried mango, caramelized pecans, and Roquefort. — 8 days ago
